Their seats are not declared vacant but that of Rivers assembly members are declared vacant.

Their respective parties can challenge it at courts, but LP former lawmakers cited that there is crisis in LP and that caused their cross carpeting. Ibori's daughter that was also in PDP gave same reason too. All these their defection is for 2027.

When you guys were shouting LP top to bottom i knew you guys will surely regret it, if you're voting someone on the sole bases of being a Labour Party member then you need to get your head checked, unless you're being paid to support a political party in Nigeria, you should be smart enough to know that in a general election, you can vote LP for presidential, PDP for Senate and APC for house of REP depending on your choice of candidate, supporting a political candidate in Nigeria by default because you belong to their political party should be one of the most stupid thing to do with your life as a Nigerian.
