One night, there seemed to be a strong argument between my dogs with so much noise. I think it was around 1 or 2 am. I didn't go out cos I'd assume they were just mating or something.

But to my surprise I later found they had been fighting over a relatively big meat that was apparently caught by one of them. I think they come at nights to explore the old garden the former tenant had in the compound.

Now the stomach was already turned and all messed up...

Would you eat it?

I only cooked it for them...

Hmm... Well, it happened about a month or two ago now. But I remembered a neighbor said I could have brought it to him instead...

How do u think most bush meat you eat in expensive restaurants are caught, half is caught with trap, other half by hunting dogs and hunters gun.

So better part of any delicious Bush meat u see is caught by a dog.

my dog has killed several of that over nights but will only place them where I will see it when I wake or at times sit and secure it till I wake.i use to dash them out cos I don’t know how to prepare it.

I was even thinking it's one big only to find it is mere okete that you had the thought of sharing with dogs.
