Well, there's a vulnerability they're exploiting. The CBN and the Police ought to do something about it.

You did not give him ur password initially and you claimed he got into your account. yet at the end, you asked that your password be changed.

It is not possible for any one to have just the name of a bank and half of the bank account number and then get into one's account to expose the details. make this man fear God in his lies.

there are other information he supplied to this guy and he is not telling. just bank name and first 5 digits of account number cannot do any scammer any good. Does he know the number of random numbers out there ? if this was possible to hack into an account with just this 2 details, then no one will bank in Nigeria.
