As far as i'm concerned though , al these noise of making the author of said book more popular is smokescreen to me . When all due process is followed , the case must not be settled out of court . The one who accuse must prove . I mean , he was so sure he has concrete evidence of corruption against the SC justices , he published a book about it ! And Nigerians want the truth and Barrister Afe- babalola is also not trying to block the truth now is he ?

Dele filed a case of libel against Afe Babalola before he wrote his book. He claimed the case was suppressed and Afe Babalola had no defense.

I am won't to believe his position because there muts be a reason why Afe Babalola avoided suing Dele.Farotimi and chose to use the Niveria Police to arrest the man.

It is a well known principle in law that he who comes to equity must come with clean hands. If Afe Babalola had indeed libeled Dele Farotimi and then suppressed the resulting suit, he will definitely not come to the same Courts to seek justice in a purported case of libel against the same Dele Farotimi.

What a joke.

I pity this man, Dele Farotimi. I have read the biography of Aare Afe Babalola, the legal battles he has won, some on prono bono, if this is the last battle he will fight to save his name, he will give it everything to win it.

At the age of 95, more than 50 years as lawyer. Many SANs, Justices and Attorney General have graduated from his chamber will not open their eyes to see one lawyer rubbishing their mentor.

Let us watch and see how the case unfold. Worse still, the same judicial system he has painted corrupt will hear his case.

One day ne one day,
The insider dealings of Mr. Olanikpekus
will appear in a book. In order to prevent
the spread of the book, he'll rush to
the highly compromised Nigerian courts
seeking a confiscation order against all copies

Nigerians will hear of this and become interested to know about the story. Then the book will blow and a sordid era will come to an end.
