If at age 92 Afe Babalola SAN is behind the arr£st of a person over defamation then imagine how many people must have been arr£sted over something like this and not granted bail”- VeryDarkMan to Afe Babalola.

Instead of you people to tell the arrested fellow to bring out evidence to back his allegations against Afe Babalola.

Lol...😁😁😁

It is because Femi Falana refused to criminalise his libellous and defamatory words against his personality that is giving him the guts to keep running his mouth. Aare Afe Babalola no send anybody and he no dey look face.
Re: Very Dark Man Speaks On Afe Babalola Case by ERockson:
VDM should commit another Innuendos against Chief Afe and see whether he will not be dealt with. You tarnish an over 90 years old man in this manner, Based on his age how long time does he have to rebuild his image.

There are two ways to deal with defamation and he chose one he thinks is the best, nobody can teach another how to deal with his personal issues. VDM and some people with evil motive want Baba to chose a civil way in dealing with his matter having recognized there are two ways in dealing with it. You guys can get lawyer lawyers for Farotimi if you so love him that much,However, Falana that chose a civil ways in dealing with DVM ,you guys still mobbed him and said terrible things against him. It is obvious, those that benefits from blackmailing, defamation, cyberbulling always support themselves, always want the matter to go civil way and won't stop committing the offense

Some of us won't keep quiet for you to rubbish our leaders unjustly.

If you commit serious offence against a legal luminary or small lawyer and you are not dealt with that means that person is not a lawyer.

Keep quiet. Its becos of foolish Nigerias like u that we are lawless. If a prominent man like dele can be arrested in a civil case that isnt criminal related then imagine wat can be done to an ordinary citizen like u for saying something offensive to someone.

If u feel defamed by someone then sue him in court enf of story.

Defamation is not a criminal case... Afe babalola showed the world how corrupt he is by using police to do what is illegal

You can't arrest someone for defamation in Lagos... So his was kidnapped in Lagos and arrested in Ekiti

If someone defame you sue them to court and demand damages
