yes no doubt but if you were to compete in the same space as them would you be as good as them, and if they were to do what you do, do you think they would do better
Because someone else might also say to develop software is just to learn on YouTube no talent nor skill involved and there are more Sophisticated programmers on LinkedIn who can do better

You see; that is my point many Nigerians glorify these guys too much, hence you using phrase such as: "as good as..." there is nothing good in falsifying your identity, lieing etc. just to steal; in any industry there are strata, hence junior engineers, senior engineers etc. There are also specialists cloud, security, database etc. Therefore it will be foolish to say just following youtube tutorials is sufficient. In this industry what separates the boys from the men is your problem solving skills. If you want to have an idea of what it takes to be the top dog just google the following: 1. course outline of software engineering (MIT) 2. DSA(Data structure and algorithms) 3. discrete mathematics and Calculus 1 and 2. This is one price many yahoo boys looking for quick money are not willing to pay, sometimes I get mad when I hear people say 11 or 13 year old software developer.
When did an 11 or 13 year old get to learn DSA, Calculus, multiple programming languages to then be qualified for that title, its like saying 11 year old doctor or architect its not possible. I hope u get the idea.

13 yr olds in china build robots, Nigerians only learn programming from YouTube and paid courses online within 8months to make one a professional likewise an ss3 yb and hushpuppi also cannot be compared alike as to there are strata I believe
