s regards to the disciples not being married, Paul did tell the followers of Jesus Christ that it will be good if they shall be like him, bring single but that it will be better for them to marry If they cannot be able to carry on in righteousness because of not having a spouse.
So it's a choice and any one who is a Christian who decided to marry will follow the teachings of Jesus Christ on marriage and every other thing.
