Unbelievable we just witnessed a war of almost 15 years partial ended within 15 days. SAA have over 50K yet they couldn’t defend their own country from Rebels and Terrorists, it could have even ended in 2 days if not for Russia trying to slow them down. Where were the SAA airforces? Those guys are absolutely insane Last I was blaming USA military for Afghanistan collapsed but this one is even worse. Iranian, Hezb and Russian military defended Syria against all odds but the SAA could not even defend themselves till the last man standing. They fought hard for years before Iranians and Hezb came to the rescued. Maximum in 2 weeks, the rebels will be fighting each others over territory. It was after Gadaffi was killed that Libyans knew they have different tribesmen and it was Gadaffi that united them as one nation. It was so bad then and now that the so called PM of Libya can’t even control his own area talk less of the citywide or state or country. Whosoever has more men can control large area, each city have different militias leadership. Travelling from one town to another is a nightmare. You have up to different IDs with you from different militants A messed up Syria is good for Israeli government because Iraq is gone, Lebanon is gone, Jordan is a vassal country and the only country causing them headaches was Syria which used to have government before Modified they already fighting over who is in control |

WrriterNg:There's a reason the game of Chess is considered the very favourite of Russians and even more so, Putin's. When you've followed global affairs and watched the sinister roles and schemes played up by the West over decades, you stop believing in coincidences. Nothing can be further from the truth in this Syrian scenario. Isn't it a bit too convenient that so-called resistant rebels and terrorists can mount such sophisticated and well articulated offensives on Syrian cities from different directions at the very time Russia is making unprecedented advances in Ukraine? Does it take a genius to see the underlying plot as one meant to force the hands of Russia and Iran to expend resources and forces in defence of Syria thereby weakening their resolves in other key fronts? Didn't Iran recently launch over 300 missiles into Israel for which Tel-Aviv is still seething over their inability to respond as they would have preferred? We may want to pontificate on issues with whatever conjectures we see fit, but let's not forget that no one has more information than the Kremlin. And we all know Putin to be a leader who doesn't make decisions in haste. E no go surprise me say na even Russia stop Tehran from making any moves in defence of Assad's now fallen Syria. So this theory totally makes sense. And as always, the plot is going to unfold in the days ahead. |

WrriterNg:That's mostly cope. Neither Iran nor Russia willingly gave up Syria. Iran specifically was ready to go all in and deploy tens of thousands of troops to preserve their munitions highway to the Resistance. What transpired was a combination of Assad not making basic defensive preparations and his military and political high command making backroom deals behind him. Iran and Russia specifically asked him to make a stand in Hama thinking the Aleppo withdrawal was a one-off bad call. But the train had left the station at that point. Power brokers in the Syrian government and military had made different plans. Now all they can do is pick themselves up and get back in the ring to somehow steer the process to produce an Axis-friendly or at least Axis-neutral political coalition. And if they lose out, set things in motion to create dust-up as many times as is necessary until the political process produces an outcome they like. Everything is not 5D chess. Setbacks happen. I don't even agree with his takeaway that this is somehow a negative outcome for NATO because they have to expend resources to fix Syria. They print $ from thin air. They don't have nor need nor want to fix Syria. They're going to relax sanctions and build an elite class that's addicted and dependent on Western largesse. Such that when Washington, Tel Aviv, Abu Dhabi, or Riyadh say jump; they ask how high. Look to Pakistan, Egypt for what they aim to do in Syria. The West is perfectly fine with Syria remaining a headache. The goal of Iran and Russia, as they have different interests, is to somehow get a section of the new elite class to accept their respective interests as a fact of life or use a carrot and stick approach until they change their mind. After the last Assad offensive, Russia realized the limitations of Assad and his gang. Which is why they were making deals with the Turks, Kurds, and Israelis. We'd let you keep that, we'll let you bomb that; just let us keep our guy and our ports. That obviously had an expiry date, so new tactics are in order. The only part I agree with is that Tehran and Moscow preserved lives and resources not getting in another horrible quagmire after which the SAA would return to their incompetent baseline... Until the next crisis. The next phase is not particularly costly nor bloody for the Axis. And remember, it is easier to foment trouble than to nation build. The West does not have a monopoly of the capability to train and fund groups to destabilize a political order. In a cynical way, yes, they are relieved of the costly Assad regime and can get a good-enough substitute paradigm. But that does not mean that they would not have preferred to keep Assad for as long as he was a viable political force. -Lord |

One of the stages of grief is denial. Some of our people here are still in camatose. They simply can fathom the collapse of the Syrian repressive regime. They try to cover their pain by postulating different conspiracy theories in desperation to minimise their pain, sorry to burst your bullble. There's no theory other than the failure of the Russia federation to defend its interest in the middle-east. In just under 2 years of war in Ukraine the Russian army has been depleted. The russ doesn't have the ability to back assad as it did before. Iran and its proxy Hazebolla which played a critical role in the defence of assad in previous years had been subdue by the IDF. |

🇪🇪🇺🇦 "Yellow-blue" Narva. Estonian authorities want to return the city's flag to the correct colors, but are afraid of confusion with the Ukrainian flag. The official colours of the Narva flag are blue and yellow. They were granted to the city by the kings of Sweden in the 16th century. Nowadays, even many residents do not know what these colours mean, Estonian State Radio and Television reports. " In the spring, a cleaning lady hung the flag upside down, and it hung like the Ukrainian flag for about a week ," recalls Narva Gymnasium employee Rene Abramson. |

Yes, but to the Isreali government, those are a small group compared to the Syria military functioning government. Since 2012, the Isreali government have been providing support to the Syria Free Army militants from day one in terms of medicals and helping many escape when SAA was clearing that area. Isreali border is secure now because they can finally annexed the some area of Syria WrriterNg: |
