Good day everyone. I have been an alcoholic addicted person for about 20 years now. But on second of dis month I decided to put an end to it. For about 8 days now I have not tested alcohol. Please which other drink can I be drinking when ever I go to bar with friends apart from alcohol

Staying with dsame friends doesn't mean anything. 1st January next year will make it 2years that I quit smoking cigarettes but I still mingle with some friends that smoke. Just that it makes me uncomfortable whenever I perceive The smell from the cigarette. Staying with dsame friends will never make me to drink alcohol in my life again. Na me take the decision my self

I think the first thing you should avoid is going to the bar, you might get tempted... But if you still insist on going, then get yourself some sparkling water or an alcohol free wine.

And if your friends don't support the idea of you doing away with alcohol, avoid them as well, but if they support you, you can go ahead and keep them.
