Street protests are supposed to be for issues of national interest that are being ignored by the authorities. Well said Debo. These cashivists know that the only time they get to make money is by protesting, so any small thing they call for protest, they have bastardized protests in Nigeria. Dele's case is in court, he should provide evidence of the things he accused Afe Babalola of doing, at least to prove to Nigerians that he's reliable. |

Nobody should join the useless protest. When he was defaming someone so he doesn’t know it have consequences? Moreover this is a family affair, Hausa and Igbos stay clear and let the Yoruba the Emilokan fight their fight. So many injustice in that corntree and yet they never protest na now day break for them. |

Activist, Debo Adeniran, on Monday, reacted to the ongoing issue between Chief Afe Babalola and human rights lawyer, Dele Farotimi, saying CACOL and CDHR would not join in public protests being planned on Tuesday by some groups.Which kind of wishy washy journalism is this? What the actual fvck is the meaning of CACOL? |

Adeniran, who indicated that he would come out with a more detailed response later, said: “Street protests are supposed to be for issues of national interest that are being ignored by the authorities.I love this guy's comment. He is well-balanced. Not like Peter Obi, who went on an errand but was not sent. Lol. A very useless somebody. And here. No protest for Dele. Period. We raised the alarm, and he was taken to court. Allow the process to play out. Dele has stated in a press conference that he will not back down and is prepared to face Afe Babalola in court. So, what are they protesting about again? I support Sowore for criticizing Obi Pandora, but I am opposed to him using this trial to cause wahala again. Sowore should understand when to use "aluta". Not everytime we need protest. Yes, Dele is aware that he may not receive justice, so we will see. This is exactly what Dele wants, and it is a shame that Afe Babalola is playing his card. Afe Babalola will be disgraced by the grace of God if truly he is guilty of what Dele wrote about him. Even if he is able to bribe his way back through the justice system, he will pay a higher price after his death, by the grace of God. Dele Farotimi vs. Afe Babalola is a case that could change everything. Yes, they may play smart, but I am confident that the truth will come out. If Dele truly defamed him, his future will not be good either. Period! And we must support AI in this disgusting legal system. We need to use technology to remove all of the old thieves from the police force and other security institutions. The way technology has reduced extortion in immigration and airports to a reasonable degree. We could do better. |
