All my siblings are grown adult and there was no record of such in my nuclear family. Since you claimed most children has stolen from their parents, i also asked you if you and your siblings had stolen from your parents and what was the punishment?

Mr Toxic, read through the post again. Op said the father wants to lock him up which implies legal while the mother wants the boy to leave their house. They haven't taken decision yet reason why he came for public opinion. Fine your own opinion is for them to discipline the boy which they have been doing right from his childhood without any changes and they should continue to harbour him. I'm glad op has seen how Toxic and uncouth you're calling someone names on a faceless forum. I'm also glad op had let you know your opinion is not an option. It is either the boy face the law and get sentence or should be sent back to his mother. You can request for his adoption since you really want them to continue housing a criminal who has chosen his path in life.

your opinion is not acceptable. How is that difficult for you to comprehend? If i was in op situation, i won't even bring it to the public because i will make sure he face the law. Maybe in his next world, he can continue living with us not in this present world anymore. Nobody cares if he changes or not. The most important thing is the family safety. The family can not continue harbouring a criminal. Maybe his next action would be to invite hired assasin or armed robbery to the house. Or to give his Yahoo friends op sister's under wear. Maybe when he might have destroyed the innocent sister's lives that is when you'd start doing pity party. Don't allow things destroyed completely before doing the needful.

Check your first response to me the moment I said the boy should be disciplined but not disconnected from the family. In that very response of yours, you told me that your family has already decided what to do. I responded by saying that you are inconsistent in reasoning because you ask for our suggestions when you have already decided what to do and you are only looking for those that will support your decision.

Check the response from the other commenter that teams up with you against me on this thread. That very commenter, in his or her response to me, asks me if I will adopt the boy. Up till now, he has not explained why and how my comment justifies that very response from him. I simply asked him or her to explain the basis of the question, instead of him or her to do that, he or she resorted to insulting me. The trails are still on this thread for a confirmation.

Seeking public opinion doesn't mean you will take all the suggestions given. Some people suggested he face the law, some suggested we should send him away while you suggested we should disciplined him and let him continue living with us. Your opinion isn't bad but contrary to the options available on ground. Your opinion is a no go area. I guess it was what triggered the person asking you if you don't mind adopting the boy. If you can suggest we should still allow him to live with us despite all the atrocities he has committed since when he was little, then you may consider adopting him. It's an armless question. Why are you dodging the truth? I never said that that the very question is an insult. I said I asked him to explain the basis of that question, and instead of him to explain the basis, he resorted to insulting me. Check his response after he asked that question.

in your village is different from calling someone stupid and barking like a dog. It's a two different thing. Expecially coming from someone pointing accusing finger at someone that he's toxic. You are very biased. You ignore the fact that he insulted me first. You are focused on my reaction to his insult. I am yet to see you criticise him for the fact that he was the first to insult me. As I pointed out that he is barking like a dog, have I made the same assertion about you? The answer is no. This shows that I am not the toxic one here.
