It is only in Nigeria that a dullard will be forced on the people and some people will be expecting him to work like Obama. His illiteracy was known to all. what is the blunder there be it 5, 10 or 14 digits, the point is that the fellow could not mention the amount. From listening to what he called out I certainly could not figure out what he said, be it millions, billion or trillions.
