The Supreme Court set aside the lawyer's suspension and restored him to his full SAN privileges

The onus is on Mr. Farotimi to prove his allegations. He who alleges must prove! All this expression of emotions here and there won’t change anything; it won’t help Mr. Farotimi. If he can’t prove his allegations, he should then be man enough to tender an unreserved apology to Aare Afe Babalola. As an Omoluabi, that is what Farotimi should do. There is nothing shameful about admitting that you made a mistake and deciding to apologize or make amends.

Things will only get tougher for him if he keeps listening to all these uncultured, mannerless people from the land of primitive, forest-dwelling ancestors who are urging him on!
