Why cant we develop a unified system in which anyone with a phone number can vote electronically.
Of course your phone being tied to your NIN.

Your NIN being already tied to your bank account.
Your bank account already being tied to your BVN.

So how can you not be identified?

Before 2019 elections, he made the same presentations , billions of tax payers money was budgeted for the election, servers were bought and personnel were trained on those servers.

Results are collated manually from PU, again at ward, then state, all the way to national. Only eeediots talk about server because declaration of results has nothihng to do with the server

As for BVAS the clue is in the name. It is a voter verification and authentication system. All BVAS does is verify that you are registered to vote and are person in their database. BVAS only knows that you came or did not come to vote, it does not know who you voted for. It shows how daft you are.

The sad thing is eeediots like you are given the power to vote.

On that day, we did three different elections simultaneously. As PO who was eager to see things work out as planned. Many of us sent the results of the 3 elections to IREV immediately. While the results for house of representatives and Senate was successfully sent, we tried the presidential election result to no avail until around 1 to 3 pm the following day (on sunday) after manual collation at many local govts level... People want transparent election. It's funny how INEC keep making fool of themselves every now and then.
