Asking the court permission to reconfigure a machine that is one of the exhibits that would be used as an evidence in a disputed presidential election.
I remember that this same Yakubu was alleged involved in a fraud in one agency(can't exactly recall which now)he once headed before his appointment.Infact,his nomination by Buhari was opposed,but of course Buhari,in his usual comfort and coziness with characters with past or present fraudulent activities,ignored the opposition and he was confirmed.
Let him at worse postpone the election till all the needed data in the bvas machines have been extracted and stored in a secure format with the courts or the CBN.

BVAS machine remains an evidence to be used in the election tribunal. INEC CANNOT TAMPER WITH IT

They're only trying to incapacitate INEC on Saturday because this same LP is in court compelling Inec to transmit Saturday's election results electronically and in the same vain telling another court not to allow INEC use BVAS
