Personally I think Dele will struggle to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the allegations in his book are true before the court of law.
The statements he has made in public about his personal rift with Afe Babalola does not help Mr Farotimi at all.
They want to cut Dele's livelihood and he may likely go to jail.
They may charge him for treason against the Nigerian state for claiming without evidence that the Nigerian judiciary is a criminal system.
I think Dele needs to plead to settle this out of court. They want to ruin him. The sad reality is that those verbally supporting him today will not be there for him when all is lost.

I used to watch him run his mouth on Arise tv then and I knew it was only a matter of time his goose got cooked.
Choosing to print outrightly libelous accusations against the institution and persons of the Supreme Court without foolproof evidence can't but come with grave consequences.
