You are the illiterate here who is incapable of independent thinking and introspection.

"pending the perfection of the bail conditions."

If he perfects this condition immediately, will he sleep in Kuje prison today?

Why are you so daft?

Did you even drink milk as a child?

I want to believe that this is a platform for learning and not just for only entertainment.

Please Lawyers in the house, what happened to the first ruling of The judge, Maryanne Anenih, who issued the remand order after rejecting Mr Bello’s bail application on Tuesday?
Can another High Court overrule a fellow High Court.
Have the case been transferred from Justice Maryanne Anenih to this present Judge that granted him bail today?

On Tuesday he was denied bail, but today Friday he was granted bail.
How legal and constitutional is this stunt?

You lots are atimes annoying. Bello deserves bail to enable him defend himself.

What is wrong in denying him bail. Will his stay in kuje change anything.

It's Bellos right to fair hearing and treatment as he remains innocent until proven guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Take your hate and bitterness elsewhere.

You're right, after all James Ibori was innocent in Nigeria but was guilty in the United Kingdom, No wonder it is only in Nigeria that name Innocent is muchly answered. Nigeria should change this Honorable to the politicians to Innocentables, haha

Yahaya was really brutal. He really oppressed Kogites.

1. Mummy Salome Acheju was burnt to ashes.

2. Promising young undergrad, Daniel was killed simply because he refused to vote for Bello!

3. Many people died because he was paying less than half salary despite increased allocations and bail out funds from Buhari.

4. The whole 21 LGAs including Lokoja didn't have access to portable water. Dude cared less.

5. Scores died simply because they couldn't afford common typhoid and malaria medicines.

6. Pensioners and other retirees suffered, some even died without enjoying any single benefits.

7. He did not construct any single access roads in Kogi east for a whole 8 years.

8. He masterminded Nigeria's ever bloodiest election, according to International Observers in 2019.

9. While civil servants were languishing in poverty, he was busy displaying his brand news BMW SUV online to pepper 🌶️ Kogites.

10. This guy didn't start or commission any electricity projects in the Kogi east.

11. He was arrogant even to Tinubu. He vehemently refused zoning to the south during the last presidential election. He only started supporting Tinubu as soon as he lost.

12. Despite his poor performance, El Rufai came to Kogi and begged people to vote for him the second time, promising the Yahaya Bello would change, instead, he got worst.

13. Kogi civil servants at some point because displaced. They started to die of hunger. The Nigerian Senate and well meaning Nigerians contributed to donate two trailers of rice and relief materials to them, but Bello seized the two trailers and allowed his goons to loot the contents while the civil servants died of hunger and lack.

14. When the assassination attempt on Sen. Natasha failed, Yahaya destroyed federal government road by digging a big gully across the road to stop the lady from reach her constituency.

15. Under Yahaya's watch, scores were killed in Kogi West during the 2019 election. Dino Melaye and many others had to run for their lives.

16. Under his watch, a strange helicopter was shooting at Kogites in areas where he knew he couldn't rig and nobody would vote for him.

17. Yahaya abused the late Ohinoyi. A reverred man from all across the world. He rubbished the man simply because the old man advised that he treat Kogites well.

Yahaya is very deadly and dangerous person.

Nigerians need to be careful when dealing with him. He is very brutal and dangerous.
Hmmmmm

Thanks for listing his pitfalls.

Indeed,he was a failure and wicked man.

EFCC needs to do better. And our courts should be above Board. Too lenient on the man.

Dele Farotimi may be right with his description of Nigerian courts.

Idi*t, nobody is saying he should be denied bail. What everybody is saying is that this case will go the same way like others, so the bail condition should have been stiff enough at least to squeeze out some of the money he stole (allegedly).

20 Billion is ok, at least.
