You must have 12 million or 7000 euros for living expenses for 1 year as a student, before resident permit can be granted ( living in Finland above 9 months doesn’t need a visa) Some school has tuition free agreements. Job opportunities is difficult, but not impossible. I don’t know about other routes. I will advise you budget 15 to 20 millions before you plan to go to Finland as a student.
