The truth of what? Are a JESUS CHRIST now, "THE TRUTH".

There's nothing like the truth, state the solution.

We have terrorist cell in almost every state, if you think it's state police, you are wrong, state police will be under the federal police and that will just add an extra layer of bureaucracy.

My solution.
The only way is to dismantle the present police structure, send everyone to their state of origin, they do proper checks and assign them as needed with no federal oversight.

Efcc can be upgraded to an investigation organization and empowered to hurt down cross state criminals.

My point is, the present police can't be incorporated, it has to be dismantled.

I can see you are not a law enforcement personnel or understand how they work.

The present Nigeria police have jurisdiction everywhere and on everything, you see how efcc couldn't arrest YAYA BELLO because he was with the new governor, exactly, jurisdiction matters.

The army can't persecute anyone except one of their own, if they arrest any civilian they must hand him over to the police.

When the state police arrest headsmen, will they be the one persecuting or will they have to hand over to the police like Amoteku and all the other security agencies created by the state, if so, then nothing will change.

The present police force needs to be dismantled, they are redundant, lazy and corrupt.
