The money will be looted the same way the federal government, state government, house of senate, house of assembly and state assembly members have been looting funds. You cant be looting in Abuja and then say you are stoppng people looting at LGA level, ko possible. Give yourself small brain. If he wants to stop looting, it must be holistic.

The governors selects the LG chairmen not through free an fair election. Everybody know that. So in turn they are their servants or rather slaves because they believe they made them to be Chairmen.
