Pictures uploaded. Still have some more for later.

From my observation, I ruled out mars as that's is too small in size

Saturn is also out of the options as there are no sign of any ring and also the visibility can't be bigger in my sky like that

The last culprit is Jupiter. It fits for so many reasons

1. Looking closely at the object, it looks like 3 planets on layers but when viewed from different angles, it's obvious it's 1 planet

The first layer is a casted thin light forming like V shape. Not really attachment with the second layer

The second layer has a very thick casted light forming a thick layer on the 3rd body

The 3rd layer of a cloud shape body big in size.

Why Jupiter? Because of the red spot. The red spot always ejecting materials always which I think should be the second layer where the 3rd casted light came from

From the pictures, you can see the satellite always close bye monitoring.

The advantage which I have is I am at the mountain top.

The visibility is just so clear today.
Re: Have You Seen The New Earth Moon? by helinues(op): 7:01pm On Dec 05, 2024
Jupiter is indeed a big planet. The red spot alone will fit 1,000 earth and considering the distance to earth, even from the pictures which I uploaded , the size is bigger than the moon like x3 from my sky

So we can now conclude that today and indeed this week is a wasted one? So unfortunate.

You are sure its Jupiter you sighted, and not Iragbiji? What joblessness can not do does not exist.
Re: Have You Seen The New Earth Moon? by commoditiesnig(m):
Lol.. I also noticed as well just this evening as I was on my balcony. The 'satellite' is quite close to the moon and really bright.

Updated: I think I'm actually seeing a moon and a 'satellite' tonight.

helinues:
I never read or heard about it, just stood outside my balcony and my eyes started confusing me. Then I noticed a closed by satellite not too far.

The object which I saw was different from normal moon as it casts some shadow down, bright light, big one while the object itself is up

Just read about it. It's still around
Re: Have You Seen The New Earth Moon? by Uniquewise:
I saw it too, yesterday, and the moon did have a 'different' feel to it.

Decided to capture it on camera this evening.

I am not going to miss tonight.

My location is on top of a very big mountain, reason why I had clear visibility of yet to be identified whether planet or moon yesterday. But based what I read after sighting, it's likely the Jupiter.

They said Mars and Saturn will also be visible today. Can't wait

You must also be living somewhere high. On this same thread yesterday some people were telling me I was drinking garri too much.

When I know the position I normally sight moon at my night which is at West Position, but what I saw yesterday was just in front of me North direction moving at at the speed more than moon. Also the glowing of the light below the planet got me so confused initially

I know of a man working at SpaceX. Will you like to work there if he gives you a job?

Serves u right arguing with a bot cheesy cheesy

Ask helinues to calculate simple arithmetic like 5x4+7 and you would get a reply because bots are not programmed to process numbers - only words.

Eventually, I felt the presence of whatever objects I might have been sighting for days .

We must have received some doses of ray. Just some light weakness . Too much id those rays can alter DNA

I just caught mars. Very small in size and far upright

Let me go downstairs and take more pictures

Re: Have You Seen The New Earth Moon? by helinues(op): 5:02pm On Dec 06, 2024
The lining up of the planets that we are used to is actually accurate.

The Mars is more closer up right but look far because of distance.

The Jupiter which I have been sighting for 2 days is far behind.

Re: Have You Seen The New Earth Moon? by helinues(op): 5:03pm On Dec 06, 2024
Wow, what a grace bro

I started this thread like a play without even having much idea about what the scientists might have said or read much. Just instincts of sighting something different from what I used to , a little research and gbam

The size, the positions are just accurate

The visibility of any object depends on your location whether with telescope or with naked eye. I have seen some planet with my baked eye but can really say which one in particular as I am not a professional observer. But I always pay attention to any strange object in the sky
On a clear night, you can see Mars (reddish brown colour) and Venus (very whitish) on Earth easily depending on their orbit.
Our Moon is the only clearly visible platenary body aside the Sun that can be seen with the naked eye..The tiny bright light underneath the Moon is the International Space Station.

This December is different. Saturn, Jupiter are coming close to earth. They are visible with clear night and when you are living untop of the mountain .

I live outside town, my sky is not discorted with light that much so I have clear view of some of the visiting planets

I am shocked to say the least

You wasted today full time

Gosh
Re: Have You Seen The New Earth Moon? by helinues(op): 9:42pm On Dec 07, 2024
Saturn might not be visible in my location based on the lining up of Mars and Jupiter.

Even sun shifted position.

The question is, are the other planets which paid earths a visit or its the Earth that moved from it's regular position

Re: Have You Seen The New Earth Moon? by helinues(op): 5:27pm On Dec 11, 2024
Wow, the Mars is really visible today. Bright like the sun

Yes and do you have any issue with that?

You can see the advantage of both from the pictures

Mountain side give you clear visibility

Outside town, no light distortion much

Eventually I sighted 5 good planets lining up yesterday night

The second picture was Jupiter and it's moon. Mars was so visible in front

Then Uranus line up on the first picture, Neptune was so faint

Between Venus and Saturn, I saw one, likely possible to be Saturn as Venus is too small from that distance

Re: Have You Seen The New Earth Moon? by helinues(op): 9:22am On Dec 15, 2024
I started this thread like a play not knowing things I have been imaginary wishing for would happen.

So I saw all those planets we were taught in secondary school with my Korokoro eyes.

How grateful can one be
