E no gree go...mom took me to hospital after two days there, the doctor notice the scar was forming a circle around my chest. He personally directed us to a man that deals on local herbs.

Na there them tell us say na spiritual arrow. He gave us a black substance to rub on it with and herbal drink, after 4days everything dried off.

On top of every advice you are being given, I will advise you to urgently take a HIV test. These rashes appear to show on your Lymph nodes. The appearance of the rashes is symptomatic of Kaposi’s Sarcoma which results from a compromised immune system caused by HIV. Best of luck though.

Buy Damatol. It cost 2k now. Apply morning and night after baths. E go pepper him in the first 3days but make he no fear. One week come here and thank me.

My advice
Take your child to any teaching/ tertiary hospital around and see a dermatologist for proper evaluation.
The lesion is hard to place, it could be an allergic dermatitis, shingles, acanthosis etc.
Thus, you need a dermatologist ( a specialist in skin related illnesses ) to help you make a definitive diagnosis and profer solution.

Most times, those anti fungal and anti viral creams like Tidyneal heal this kinda skin infections.

However, if you have tried creams without success, you might need to identify the kind of infection first and the best way is dermatological test, talking to people who may have experienced such in the past.

Avoid the normal antibiotics prescription until you understand the kinda infection. I have once spent over 35k on antibiotics on scabies that 2k cream eventually cured. In fact, I had to disagree with the pharmacist when he further recommended additional antibiotics worth 15k

That seems to be Acanthosis nigricans.

It is commonly seen in individuals who have insulin resistance (but there are other less common causes). It is also seen in children and in some cases, hereditary.

You have to take him to Hospital to be evaluated. Amongst investigations, Fasting Blood Sugar or HbA1C should be done. And this should be checked at least once a year.

Another less likely differential would be Psoriasis. In any case, take him to the Hospital or a Dermatological center if you have any close to you.

Go for HIV test
Exactly my uncle's symptoms when he tested positive....don't be afraid though, he's still alive 15 years after testing positive.
