Validated:You don't really know judiciary interpretation. If the court answered the prayer then all chairmen contested under APP will automatically lose their seat and the second position candidates become chairmen. This is not a matter of the election. APP is extinct and doesn't exist anymore. Fubara was misled to ask his candidates to contest under a non existing party. This is no a matter of jurisdiction. Court will sack all of them. There are other cases about this APP in court too. 4 Likes |
