I hope they have enough space to house the crowd and enough beans to go round

So it takes a whole street to be blocked to arrest unharmed individuals camped into one building off a street with several buildings?

It is well with u and whatever agenda u are pushing .
Stop arguing blindly what do think will happen if those suspects decides to run into crowd, traffic or jump on moving vehicle?

Stop projecting ur nonsense logic on others .

The people arrested are camped inside one single building . All EFCC did was match them down from upstairs to their bus parked downstairs .

That does not warrant locking down a whole street that is a major road that is vital to the road network in the whole VI.

Some of u just talk trash to defend government agencies and their excesses . I’m sure if ur relative was in an ambulance on the way to receive an emergency treatment due to the traffic that spiraled from the unnecessary road block , u won’t be saying this .

I’m not surprised tho, when Nigerians are not affected by act of government and its agencies they will be willing to offer their blood to defend every nonsense the government agency does .

PS : Nowhere did I ever say EFCC was wrong in effecting the arrests , it is the brazen manner in which they threw the whole VI axis into traffic gridlock that should be condemned
You are ignorant and can't think. Lining up 792 people into buses and don't want the area to be condoned off. What you don't know is that the suspects did not run because there was no distraction opportunities.

Unharmed - somebody that is safe, that has not been harmed/injured.

Unarmed - Somebody that doesn't have any armunition, gun, knife.

In one day? Dis is not good news oh.... Infact we suppose dey cry as a country
... As a country...
That's the biggest problem.
Every family has some unique beliefs and traditions they obey. They have an identity.
Every tribe has some identity, dressing, marking, food and dance.
-
But this Nigeria, has no identity.
Today they said this the national anthem, tomorrow, they changed it.
Today, this is the Naira note, tomorrow, no it's another one.
Yesterday, we spoke British English, Today, American English, tomorrow, pidgin and local languages.
Everything is just left and right anyhow. Nothing is sacred, nothing traditional.
Hence all the confusion and anyhow behaviour.

Knowing how incompetent Nigerian intelligence agencies are, I won't be surprised if this was a bungled operation and that this is a legit establishment.

The EFCC wants me to believe that some daredevil Chinese left China to establish a HK in Nigeria.

They didn't go to Ukraine or North Korea, or Philippines where there are badass hackers; they chose Nigeria with no electricity, shitty Internet, and semi-illiterate citizenry?

No way!!!,

I want to hear from the arrested foreign nationals before I believe this cock and bull story
Bro forget that your analysis ooo

When you have Good money to invest in Nigeria ... Do you think it's every where in Nigeria that lacks electricity 24/7.

This investors rented 5 stories , you can imagine the Annual rentage in that location, talkless electricity..

The investors knew Nigeria security is very porous compare to those foreign countries with baddest hackers..

You won't be shocked to know this arrested men registered there business with CAC.

They have TIN
Registered plate numbers
Registered 500 sim cards

Even have Bank Accounts

Why did EFCC wait till this minute

After they have duped Nigerians there hard earn money...

U believe or not... Fraud stars are too saturated in this country...

They have insiders everywhere Banks, Telcos, Nepa office, Nigeria immigrations

Name it...

Just have Money...

U are the one who should shut that gutter u called mouth .

There’s no justification for causing discomfort to thousands of road users who have legitimate business to attend to simply because u want to arrest hundreds of fraudsters .

It’s people like u that support EFCC when they break into people’s apartment on mere suspicion because they live inside an estate . You should care about law enforcement agents’ procedures and not just the result alone .
You're just a senseless nonentity.
Chochocho, nagging like a fishwife.
Law enforcement cordoned off the road to arrest criminals. Almost 800 of them. You are shedding senseless tears.
I doubt if you can ever have sense in your life.
If it pains you, go and die, you dumb thing.

Most of these Chinese in Africa are fraudulent. Just like the loan apps here, they do fraudulent activities too, yet it's the Nigerians working for them they shift the blame to, they hide themselves.
They do fake disbursement of loans, they auto debit customers like twice or more, yet they hardly refund it, it's all part of their fraudulent activities. They interest rate are outrageous within a very short period.

Nigerians working with these foreigners they caught knows it's a scam, but chose to stay since job scarce, I feel somehow for them, they went out to search for jobs, but they landed a fraudulent job. They are accomplices to these foreigners

Our Government needs to do more, people seeking jobs will take jobs which they themselves know it's fraudulent, because of job scarcity. Government should Make the economy thrive and business friendly, give out grants or interest free business loans for Nigerians.

it's the right thing to do, they need to protect innocent civilians Incase it leads to a shootout, almost 800 people in a single operation.
It's better they inconvenience the innocent civilians, than mess up the operation. You can't predict the response of a criminal when trapped.
Kudos to EFCC on this one

So this was why EFCC blocked off the entire Oyin Jolayemi street last week ( I can’t remember if it was Monday or Tuesday ) ?

It was a complete mess that day , they caused a massive traffic for every law abiding Nigerians that day around office closing hours . Anybody in V.I that day would remember how terrible the traffic was and how people were stranded .

I really don’t understand why our security agencies must create one problem while trying to solve another one. They literally prevented anybody from accessing Oyin Jolayemi street with a vehicle by parking vans at the beginning of the street and had to force everybody to pass alternative routes that were quite narrow and overflowing traffic .
