If you know obi when he was governor of Anambra state the first thing he did was cutting down 👇 on government expenditures. He then took the savings and invested in other critical areas of government with great impact on the people. His investments in education is still being felt today. When he left he left the state with enough savings in dollars and naira without debt
Compare that with the drug lord who has gone on a spending spree trying to make his life and that of his cronies comfortable in the face of biting poverty. Do you know obi cut down his convoy from several cars to just about 3 or so when he was governor?
I still believe if we can cut down 👇 on the salaries and allowances of political office holders and cut leakages in government spendings we can save billions. The citizens must not always suffer for the ineptitude of the rogues in government.
