As long as NPF remains primarily a money extraction agency, they can never be good at their jobs, or good people because the more they're able to fork you over, the higher the chances of them getting paid.

The police man probably failed as a parent. If your child start taking hard drugs like ice/meth there's a high chance his brain will lose cooperation.
The same thing with girls, ladies who have serious medical complications rising from chronic abortions/STDs/Underlying health conditions might have issues getting pregnant.

Maybe. Cos "Roger" was a thing since i was a kid. After the game centers that you mentioned and of course beer parlors and ashawo joints the most dangerous place for a Lagos youth was bus stops after dark. Especially those ones where people are gathered round reading newspapers and discussing the situation of the country.

I carry traveling bag say I dey go Ife, my friend say make he escort me reach bus terminal for Oshodi, we stopped to have a few bottles, Na so police come raid us. I was at the bar but my friend went to pee in the backyard. S na me dem carry. My friend come dey wonder what would happen to me na so he surrendered himself to be carried too cos there was no way he would contact me or know where I dey

After dem put us in those Fedeco buses, picked some more area boys. They parked and extorted us. We gave them like N700 and they dropped us at Bolade. To make room for more people they were about to pick
