🇷🇺 Russia's FSB arrests Uzbek citizen for committing terrorist attack that killed Russian General.

It is reported that the security forces identified and detained a citizen of Uzbekistan, born in 1995, who detonated an electric scooter laced with explosives near a residential building on Ryazansky Avenue in Moscow.

The suspected perpetrator of the terrorist attack that killed Chief of Russia’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov has been detained.

He turned out to be a 29-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan who was recruited by Ukraine's special services and promised a reward of $100,000 and a trip to one of the European Union countries, the press office of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) reported.

"The FSB has conducted joint operational and investigative actions with the Russian Interior Ministry and the Russian Investigative Committee.

As a result, the security forces identified and detained a citizen of Uzbekistan, born in 1995, who detonated a homemade explosive device near a residential building on Ryazansky Avenue in Moscow, killing Chief of Russia’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, born in 1970, and his assistant, Major Polikarpov, born in 1983," the press office said.

How exactly could Ukrainian intelligence get someone in Russia to detonate a specialized explosive placed right in the handle bars of a bike? Shouldn't the FSB have actively monitored such communications? I think they dropped the ball in this case.

Putin I s looking weak....... At time Putin act as a western spy inside Russia.

Just imagine what will happen to cuba if it carry out a terrorist act in America killing an American general?

By now, I never expect any communication line or internet to be working inside Ukraine, I never expect electricity or power plant to be working in Ukraine, I never expect any rail way, roads and bridges to still be standing inside Ukraine, by now the entire Kiev, all government administrative building, military offices/barracks and western embassies should have been flattened by overwhelming missiles and rockets throughout Ukraine.

Putin is treating Ukraine with kids gloves, that is why ZELENSKY and western criminals are feeling emboldened to commit crimes inside Russia.

Just imagine americans with Ukrainian firing atacms missiles into Russia and Putin is doing nothing about it, it will only emboldened them to fire more. Had it been that the first time america fire the atacms inside Russia, Putin also return the favor by firing ORESHNIK into a military base inside america, by now this war would have been over, because america would have pulled back to protect their interest at home.

Putin lack of action is encouraging more contempt from the west.
