The more you look the less you see, read the content of the billboard carefully and you will understand what who ever put up that billboard up there is trying to do (though ikwere was not mentioned), but since the time the indigenous Igbos in rivers came out and demanded for the leadership of ohaneze which happens to be Thier turn so many funny things has been happening, even the one room tribe of fishermen had something to say grin

The indigenous language you speak without external colonialism defines who you are and the tribe you belong. Ikwerre culture and spoken words are of Igbo ancestral descent, no matter how Ikwerres try to deny being Igbo they will end up speaking Igbo dialect of Ikwerre in their homes. So is difficult for them. Had it been their language is not Igbo but a close language to Bini language, people will take them serious, the argument whether they are Igbo or not will not even exist.
