When my wife was in labour ( first child) few months ago nobody in the compound knew, she quietly called me and I rushed home and took her to the hospital. She didn't shout like they do in Nollywood movies.

Even when my baby was sucking for the first time she complained of pains in her nîpples but I didn't see any form of drama till everything turned normal.

Yes, breastfeeding in the first weeks is painful. As the baby sucks, the womb shrinks and contracts. This causes pain because the womb is not yet healed and sore. It could go on for a longer time if the nipple becomes irritated due to prolonged sucking. Some women experience what is called mastitis.

Posting this is enough reason for a man to pursue you to your father's house.
