Negative side of this GJ act is this annoying MA don finally get excuse to not buy anything serious for that 9 position in January. He will say GJ is scoring and naso January go reach May. 😭😭😭😭😭

We know this format.

He fit score 3 goals in next 20games and fans go dey jubilate dey defend dey gaslight.

Saka better score his own Hattrick this season sha. Way overdue.

Our women defeated Bayern 3-2 in the UWCL. They finished top of the table. Hopefully, they get the luck of the draw for the QF.

Who noticed how we attack in the second half
G.J was switching with the wingers making them unpredictable even when saka came in
This is what we want not trying to force your way with saka and if that one didn't work we resort to cross and nod
I hope Jesus form improves because he can give us different options

Check SM posts and see how many are saying exactly what i said yesterday. All it takes to switch them off and on na this kine thing. I'm not against anyone upping their game for our advantage. Im just saying a large % of this fanbase get short memory syndrome.

Complain for 40games
Shout support for 1 performance for next 40games with former status quo maintained.
My fear remains the same. Make this man no go reason say we should not get something important sha.

Nothing beats playing the game in the simple manner. MOVEMENT was all that was needed for GJ to get his acts together rather than holding unto the ball and always trying to do one dribble or the other. Yesterday, I saw a player who just made runs in and out, left and right with a minimal of two touches when he was played to feet. That's all he really needed and this even helps him stay injury free. When you have Martin and Saka , you really just need to make runs and they will find you. So happy for him Yesterday and hope he keeps his game simple with consistency. A reminder to the board once again to get odegard deputy ASAP.

I agree, Jesus came alive yesterday and showed he offered more than Havertz.

On the other hand, The goals Raya conceded last night will really make you wonder what wrong did Ramsdale committed

That wolfsburg loss was really painful cos we switched off in 1st half, and then came out 2nd and forgot to defend well. That small fine geh kon torture our fullbacks. E pain me.

We really need to work on that defense and get our own Saliba-Gabi wall. We have the worst defensive record among all the teams in this KO stage. How to close up and frustate opponents is still an ish wr haven't solved since 2022.

I dey fear Lyon. This seems like their season.

Welcome back bro
Thanks man... Arteta using mind game I hope it succeed at the end. Pep has been using it and he succeeded cause how will a team be in 3rd and still ended up winning league with 6-8 points adrift with table leader, still can't wrap my head up over last season.

19 more games to end of season'24
Arteta "17 wins 1 draw and 1 loss"
Pep "18 wins 1 draw 0 loss

So, 52 points out of possible 57 is not enough to secure Epl... Season '25 he should sha secure the whole 57 points abegi.

He's suggesting or hinting Ethan go play strikerhuhhuhhuh??

😭😭😭😭😭😭
My bro, the earlier you start living with it the better your mind be at rest.

Arteta won't get that poacher, this time last season we all wail tirelessly concerning striker but guess what happened at the end we scored the most goals in Epl bar Citeh and even tally with invisible goals with a prolific striker... that is valid enough to look away from buying a striker, that's why I so much despise stats cause it doesn't tell the true story.

For sure he really should be starting ahead of Kai. As for raya, that goal is one any keeper could have conceded but I we go by how we play, he is a far better fit than Ramsdale. I like the way he moves up with the defence when we are attacking so that he becomes an onfield player. Its takes intelligence and skill plus some confidence to do that. That way we are always able to sustain our tempo and be in control. For me , it was a good choice for him to be number one over ramsdale

Yes oh, Eddie is one striker that has great movement but his quality on the ball was not top class. Well Kai also has his own merits with his height and ball winning prowess in the air. Good to have a mix of both types of strikers in my opinion

I am not giving up on the league with our current form. It is going to be difficult because we have to be perfect but we play Chelsea again in January and there are 12 games left. It is going to be tough but not impossible. That fraud really messed this up, I am only disappointed that we let him stay that long.

We just need someone that offers us something different and to your point, Jesus made some impressive runs but more importantly, he was decisive when it mattered. I saw him make 1 touch and shoot. He wasn’t looking to making another contact with the ball or dribble, he took his shot with power and confidence.

You are right though
And there's confidence in the team after winning the group
The board will decide our caretaker future by January, I think she earn she job

I’d advise we wait until the end of the season. I don’t like negotiating a coach’s contract during the season. She deserves it but I will wait until the end of season.

You noticed it too? well, Idon't think it is a mind game. A combination of red cards, injury and poor performance have been responsible for our slump in form.

I concur and that why I also said Kai brings in different dimension. You see that one touch and shoot you mentioned is the real deal. At the highest level, a footballer has to realise that the less touches the better. And Defenses that are packed cannot be unlocked if transition is slow , no movement and too many touches.
