I want to apply for a b.sc program via uni-assist but a friend of mine just informed me that my University transcript is not comprehensive that I need to contact my university in Nigeria to issue uni-assist a comprehensive transcript. Please guys what does it take for a transcript to be comprehensive?

Anybody applied to Trier here? How did you send them the €70? Also, I saw online that WAEC to German grade follows the order A = 1, B2 = 1.7, etc. Is this correct, please?

How do I go about it.

Ask for the student copy of your transcript, then meet a lawyer who is a notorary public. Not all layers are certified for this. Basically, this is a lawyer who has been validated with a special stamp to prove copy of documents are Replicas of the real one.

I think at this point, I will have to cancel the visa application and have them return my original documents. Who holds someone document for 3 months plus with no response at all. This is out of place. Canada visa is 6 month’s processing time, but you don’t hand in your original. If Germany doesn’t want Nigerians it should be made known to us.

It takes more than 2 years now to get an appointment date.
The embassy is currently in ending October of 2022.

Waiting for a visa more than 3 months is an indication that it wasn't approved.

Nop, people got approvals this month, and the wait time was more than 3 months for some. I can confirm for 7 months AM. It varies. For some it was 2 weeks, and others 3 months. Alot of factors plays out.

I'm sorry to bother you guys since this is for student visa but I'm urgently in need of advice about the opportunity card.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get appointment for opportunity Card/Chancekarte? I have someone that needs to leave the country as soon as possible. Before we go ahead with the blocked account, we would like to know if the person can get an appointment and travel in 3-4 months.

The person finished a masters in Germany if that changes anything.

Appointments for any category of visa is hard from Nigeria. Is as though the German embassy isn't functioning in Nigeria.

The application was launched on the 13th of June. People who booked that same day are yet to get appointment completely. There's no easy route to leave Nigeria "as soon as possible" for Germany besides having a job and getting it pre-approved. That takes just 3 weeks.

You'll only get an automated reply. The total visas granted for the opportunity card worldwide is not up to 3000, yet! Recently, 2500 was the reported number issued globally.

What about student visa that takes about 2 and a half years. They know about it. For me is a deliberate way to cut down numbers of applicants from some particular countries. But again waiting that long with dwindling exchange rate is very risky.

Ghana now has a waiting list of about 4 months or so (for study, not sure of opportunity card). This is still far better than Nigeria, but you need a resident permit to apply from there.

You need a reason for staying there for 6 months before applying. Business, Schooling etc. some west African countries issue dates In less than a month. The majority challenge is "what have you been doing there for 6 months that makes you eligible"
