The guy has made significant moves in strengthening our democracy in recent times without making a noise about it.. In short, it is impossible to unconstitutionally remove a state governor.
Just like the president only a coup can remove a governor unconstitutionally.

A real solution will involve constitutional amendments so that local elections is conducted by INEC
at every fix interval like the governorship, no caretaker chairman or exco nonsense.
If INEC can't be drafted in, then no allocations should be given to any state where there are no elected chairmen.

LG allocation is now being sent directly to each LG after the Supreme Court judgment.
