Lagos is also collecting monthly allocations from oil and gas proceeds from the niger delta states and lagos has benefited hugely from infrastructures from the federal govt so nothing wrong if other less privileged states also benefits from the money generated from those federal infrastructures invested in lagos.

VAT is different from revenue o. People consume MTN services in the hinterland of Nigeria but MTN’s total VAT paid is “allocated” as coming from Lagos. Same with the Banks. Let every business pay VAT where they operate from. Let’s see the difference.

...and you call yourself a VOIP person. If Telcos pay VAT to where they operate from, where will the exchange service be located? In all states or only one state of their choice?
By exchange service i mean the place where calls packets get directed to callers and recipients for every call. You are not so smart.
