As usual... Orchestrated hunger and suffering to control the masses normally. Keep them starving and hungry and throw in some crumbs at them for being obedient and lukewarm rams then sit back and watch the show. When it's time to use them slightly increase the portions and take full advantage of them to Ur benefits. This country like the rest of the world is a game played by those in power.
