it hasn't my brother. I am not being political here. It's actually on the increase. Most times our politicians as you know tell these half truths to make us feel they are performing.

There is nothing different the security has done to curtail kidnapping, kidnapping is still on and paying in my area now its kind of a monthly thing, they are even updating the negotiators on their activities daily before they pay ransome.
The differences is that people are becoming more careful and mindful abt what they now talk abt, avoid unnecessary travelling and companions.
Security should tell us how this kidnappers will be in conversation all day with their victims and highlight the victims(negotiators) more on their day to day activities and will never be track down.
Are they better or do they have better gadget than the nigeria security, or are they sharing the same gadgets?.
