You earn £50,000 which is even high. Taxes 20%. Total take home = £38,771 yearly, £3,230.92 monthly, £745.60 weekly. Average rent in the UK is £1,200 minus other bills.

I'll bet my entire savings you don't earn up to £50,000. Because then you'll have to pay 40% tax.

Even the Prime Minister and top UK bankers earn nothing more than £170,000 gross.

In all of Europe, there's no country I hate more than the UK.

A tiny, loud, failed, irrelevant, disorganized country feeding fat from the US generosity. A country overrun with Pakis and Indians it no longer feels like Europe.

The UK is the last country I'll ever visit in 10 lifetimes, no matter how much is offered.

Even Finland and Poland look more sane and organized than the UK.

Bringing up that already thrashed topic will not change the fact the UK is a tiny island with very low wages, high taxes and below average standard of living in the whole of western Europe. Finland has a better standard of living.

You'll hardly see them posting their apartment pictures because of the tiny size. It's barely enough to fit two people, yet it costs almost the same as in the US. Compare that with Russians large apartments.
