He was a prominent man in this country during the IBB and Abacha government. He served as the second Governor of Akwa Ibom state from 31 July 1988 to 1990 and almost immediately he was again appointed as Governor of oil rich River's State. To tell you how connected the man was. I hope the way some of this big men in the 80's and 90's are taking their bow, all these politicians should learn from their demise. No King 👑 Rules Forever.
