You need to do proper finding before you start blaming the organizers of the program. The event was slated to start in the day, but people slept over and the rush began around 5am when people outside saw that the crowd was already more than 5000 they invited.

The stampede occurred between 6a and 7am when the organizers were still on their beds. They invited Policemen, but policemen were supposed to be at the venue by 8am, since the event was supposed to start by 10am.

I keep saying it, although the tragedy is painful but we should not discourage people that are trying to help the masses at this trying time. There are many people who have billions but not willing to help others.

He applied to the school for permission, he was directed to the ministry of education and he wrote and got approval to use the school and other things.
