This an abuse of his power using his membership and connection to the NBM fraternity to arrest Speed Darlington. That is why VeryDarkman criticized him.

How many time has it been explained that there is criminal aspect of defamation. That a defamed person can make a report to the police, he can also chose the civil route by suing. Falana chose the civil part yet people say still say he is using judiciary to press vdm. Afe babalola and burna used the criminal defamation route by petitioning the police, same Nigerians accusing them of arresting and locking up people.
So how should someone who feels defamed get justice?
