Many cases like this in the south east.
South easterners are the only people on earth that still practice caste system.
1000% primitives in 21st century.
So indians don't practice caste system? Oga stop this foolishness, again communities are outlawing this, so stop all this rubbish propaganda and mischief.

This is why most Igbos prefers living outside their states, so much evil is going on in that region that outsiders don't know. Forget about the fake love on social media among themselves. If Biafra comes in less than 1 year, they will divide into several factions and start another civil war among themselves. The only place you as a foreigner can live comfortably is their state capitals and townships, you can't leave with them comfortably in their various communities. Unfortunately you can't change the bad ones among them, the bad seed has been planted already, and they are not ready to let go. My advice to the good ones among them, is just to follow their instincts. Do what makes you happy that's all.

The natives of Edeaniagu of Ishi-Ozalla Community in Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State look gloomy. The stigma of their coloration as ‘non-natives’, ‘settlers’ and ‘visitors’ in their land unsettles them. Their most recent ordeal is their ostracisation by the larger Ishi-Ozalla community, depriving them the right to contest for the post of the traditional ruler of the community. The children are also made to feel inferior at school as they are being tagged ‘illegitimate’.

Is there a town in Nigeria where settlers are allowed to be King? Please someone name that place please

We have settlers in my place... They where given land, and have their own kindred but they know they can't become king it's normal

Please name the tribe where a settler can be king

Granting the settlers their own autonomous community is the solution
I'm not saying settlers should assume throne but the hatred is too much, if u experience such in other land will you stay n live there.

No wonder one Igbo guy said even if Biafra is actualize he will not be part.

Settlers can't go same school, even enter bike with indigene.... Haba.

Chinedu was rejected not because his mother was Igbo but because he insulted Yorubas and doesn’t identity with the people he want to govern

And he lost to a far more credible candidate

You cannot change history with your filthy lies

There was a time Nnamdi Azikiwe University denied a friend of mine admission because she was from Asaba.
They said Asaba are not real Igbos. I hope they have scrap that archaic law now.

what did I say about the hinderance of traditional rulers in relations to diverse growth.

Traditional rulers failed for over 500 years. Under their watch in the whole of africa, 95 to 99% of them failed or were sabotaged by people, during arab slavery, and during European slavery and colonialism.

it is only in Africa, that a failed leader is given new planes, new cars every year, no financial accountability, new stipend like how otti plans to give the traditional rulers, demagoguery, etc. Africans not any group else, are the sole ones responsible for their backwardness and centuries of failures. Tufia.

Can't you see that the "settlers" is in quotation marks?. Read the article again, the so-called settlers are even the aborigines.
He states, “Edeaniagu was the ancient man colonial masters met when they came. Edeaniagu briefly joined the Native Authority as a warrant chief, and later, due to old age, sent his only son Onwude to be representing his people. Onwude one day brought a baby lion from Udi forest while returning from an assignment. The father was afraid that lions might devour his only son. That was how he delegated Chukwuani, the son of Aninwangwu, to take over the position at the Native Authority.

Which baby lion..

They are just being economical with the truth. They didn’t want to say they brought an Osu from udi Forest grin

Some people thought we are joking by saying there fore-fathers used to lived with the monkeys in the forest..
