One guy in my work place was relocating to Canada and last two weeks Friday was his last day at work. During the mini sendforth that was held for him, some people were shocked that his flight was that same evening and he never mentioned it to them days ahead.

I just laughed at them because I know their anger/surprise is unfounded ; I know they would've acted exact same way if they were in his shoes.

Besides family and close friends, Na for inside airport I sent SMS to the not so close friends say I dey travel, My flight na for night. So I sent the text like 7pm. Some wey no reply on time or waiting till following morning, na voicemail straight
