These are the people that need to be taxed heavily. They have the money and they burn it quickly on foreign goods. If it is not a million naira champagne, it is a Ferrari that can't be driven in more than ten streets in Lagos. All their foreign earnings end up in foreign hands through their insatiable taste for foreign goods. They should be taxed heavily. The country made them and they should pay. Nigeria gains little from the millions they make from all these royalties. You seldom see their charitable works. Tax them!
Bla bla blaaaaaaaaaa..hater!!!

Tax murder you dia

Let's even assume the image is true, but the person in the picture isn't a member of the elite class in his society nor is the car in the image a high-end car. Burna Boy is an elite and Ferrari is a high-end car, but na jerrycan held by someone on his shoulder that fuels his car.

That is the core difference.

The import duty on that machine is 100% of its cost price.
If it's CP is 1 billion,it's import duty is also 1 billion except you have got A FG waiver or you smuggle it in which I seriously doubt, so what other tax are you talking about again Brother?
The Nigerian government already heavily taxed some luxury goods

Oga, nothing stops others including you and I from making money as they have done, bulk of the money made abroad. Why should it be our business now they spend their money? You say the country made them, howwwhuh, in that case why has the country not made you and I and the hundreds of millions of other Nigerians? They owe no one, certainly not Nigeria any more than you and I owe. Are they government that should do charity? Princess Naomi tried to do charity, she is ending up spending Christmas in agodi prison. Tax them? Lol, oga how much do they make in Nigeria compared to foreign shows, most can decide to stay abroad and only visit for goodtime, Abi will you tax them when they keep their earnings and assets abroad?
Bottomeline, those guys owe nobody, let us hustle and make money and stop putting eyes in another person's struggle.

It's very wrong for that young boy to carry fuel on his shoulders. This should not be encouraged. We have filling stations for a reason. Symptoms of a Third world country.

Then we should tax nobody or no company. Stretching your ludicrous argument a bit further,
we can say that both individuals and companies made their money by themselves and were not made by the country. So they all should never be taxed. Let the land till itself. Right?
