Remember the buck stops at his table. He's the one to convince the populists about the tax reform because it is his policy and details must be at his fingertips. If by tomorrow the tax reform failed, they would not call any other person but him as we are saying Buhari failed, Jonathan failed. Why are we not calling those he put in those sensitive positions? It's his government and he must be on top of issues.
Stop shifting blame and roping those asking critical issues. He should have used the opportunity to convince the indifference in the society.
