Guys pls lets be careful this new year...

I made a post sometime ago about me needing an LGv30 volume botton.. As quoted above.
And a man from here saying that he lives in ketu area but frequents computer village because he is a technician (without quoting or replying my messsge on here in nairaland) called my number and told me he has one of his spare v30 without board to sell. Of which he did for 5k.
But the funny thing is that he had to come all the way to my area (apapa..... From ketu ooo) for the exchange.

Then he told me about some fancy screen protector and screen glass that would be beneficial for my phone.
So i told him to get me the screen glass (cause there are some cracks in my screen and i would love to change it) and a glsss protector.

I later paid him the sum of 7k for both items that same day because he told me he was going to ikeja to check the availability of those items. At first, he promised to give his sister to bring it to my area. I waited for weeks. But all to no avail.

Then i told him that he should give me his address cause i would love to come down to his area to pickup those items.. That was when he stop replying to my messages and calls. But funny enough he reads the messages that i sent to him and chooses to play dumb.

This happened around Oct/Nov last year.. Or maybe Nov and early December period.. I believe between those months..

The thing is.... I brought this up so we can all be careful how we transact. Not everyone is here to do business. Some people here are con masters.

May we never fall into the hands of evil monsters this new year.

Since I bought it 4 years back I haven't used it. I just kept it as I couldn't use it.
