Interestingly, my own investigations reveal otherwise. The French are in bed with Nigeria right now as a means of opening up to the rest of Africa. With the future of Europe in limbo and the fate of global economies when an America-centric regime led by Trump begins, France is reevaluating the importance of it's old colonies and it's relationship with emerging economies like Nigeria.

LAKURAWA SCANDAL: NIGER MILITARY LEADER  EXPOSED TINUBU, EX NIA DIRECTOR AND NUHU RIBADU IN LAKURAWA CONSPIRACY.

  In a widely popularised shocking interview with Newsmen Thursday evening, the President of Niger Republic, Abdoulrahame Tchiani has exposed Bola Tinubu's relationship with France and the Lakurawa Terrorist Organisation. They plan to turn that forest into the HQ of a terrorist group they called Lakurawa. He claimed that the agreement between French Government and ISWAP terrorists was made on 4th March 2024. The agreement he claimed contain details to open a Lakurawa Headquarter in Gaba Forest in Sokoto State. It is from this place that the so-called Lakurawa were planned to spread to Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi States. He claimed that the terrorist leader they arrested informed them that the Nigerian government is well aware of the plan.

2. AHMED RUFA'I ABUBAKAR: A TERRORIST?

  The Nigerien government then shared this intel with Nigeria. He said the Government of Niger not thinking that Ahmed is not a terrorist himself, shared this secret information with the then Director National Intelligence Agency (NIA) Ahmed Abubakar Rufa'i.

Ahmed Abubakar Rufa'i then sent intelligence gathering officials to Niger Republic to take a complete report abouth the issue

Rufa'i sent the delegation and they were warmly received. The Niger intelligence agency sponsored and transported the Nigerian officers to differents part of the country to gather data.  The Nigerian NIA officials interviewed hundreds of high profile terrorists arrested.

The terrorists gave them a detailed explanation on what France is trying to create in Northern Nigeria. The Nigerian delegation went back to Nigeria with the complete report.

He said, it was later that their intelligence revealed that the NIA Director, Ahmed Rufa'i Abubakar is a terrorist and among the top coordinators of different terrorist groups in Nigeria. The Nigerien leader claimed that their intelligence revealed that Rufa'i received money from abroad for the terrorists' upkeep. Rufa'i is also the Nigerian coordinator who sends the terrorists to Central African Republic to receive combat training. When the terrorists come back, they are receive by Rufa'i who takes care of their weapons, feeding salary, etc . He said they found out this
after they have done the mistake of sharing the intel with him.

(Ahmed Abubakar Rufa'i resigned or was sacked in August. It is not clear whether the resignation has anything to do with the terrorism allegation).

3. NUHU RIBADU IN THE PICTURE

He said after they discover Rufai's complicity in terrorism networks , they informed the Nigerian National Security Advisor NSA, Malam Nuhu Ribadu. The Nigerien authorities claimed that they told Ribadu all what they know about the conspiracy and Rufai's complicity , but they all kept quiet without taking any action. He claimed that they safe to assume that both Tinubu and Ribadu are part of the conspiracy

4. FRANCE AND BOKO HARAM TIES

The President also condemned France's supply of anti-aircraft weapons to Boko Haram. The President revealed that France has on 16th of October supplied large cache of weapons to Boko Haram. This include Surface-to-air missiles which are used to shot down Chadian fighter jets.

5. FRANCE PLANNED TO BLOW OUR PIPELINES

The Nigerien military leader says after they analysed the invention and the introduction of the so-called Lakurawa Terrorist Organisation, they determined the goal the Lakurawa were assigned to do. He said the plan was to encircle the country and blow off their oil pipelines.

He claimed that in May 2024, France asked their secret agents to map out all oil pipelines. They asked for the report of all the nooks and crannies that the pipelines follow

He said the french soldiers are already stationed in Benin Republic. He said as part of the operation they planned to disrupt agriculture in Gui, Lake Chad, Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi. He said this places will be cleared of people and will serve as a station for the terrorists.

The military leader also claimed that there are two recently build military bases for the French Special Forces in Benin Republic. One on the border with Burkina Faso and the other bordering Togo. He claims that the first base is being manned by 250 soldiers.
