Even when Buhari was preparing to build the 2nd Niger Bridge, they were abusing him and saying it was just a paper project and an opportunity to embezzle money. That nothing would ever come out of it.

Today they are all plying the bridge, travelling back and forth for christmas, happily.

6b naira for Lokoja road is not enough. That road has deteriorate to unrepairable state especially during raining season. That road connects the south to abuja and the government has been ignoring it.

He is doing it after someone explained to him that it will be more economical and beneficial to complete the abandoned roads littered all over the country that engaging in new projects that will later be abandoned.

almost all the federal roads in Edo state are bad, unfortunately, Edo is a transit state for most states in Nigeria, I was reading to see if federal roads in Edo state were captured but I saw none

Stop reminding us that you forgot your brain at home.

The proper name for that bridge is The Muhammadu Buhari Bridge. Thank goodness that Buhari completed it almost from scratch because Thiefinubu would never have even approved it as a project seeing that he is so tribal and nepotistic.

By the way, what happens to Ibadan-Ife-Ilesha-Akure/Owo road?
The road need to be dualized.
That road had suffered too much neglect and it's as if every government don't care to see that road.
Also, Lagos-Abeokuta road really needs total rehabilitation

A good observation. Northern roads are the best already, almost every road in the north are dualized, very solid roads and they are giving them priority while other regions suffer. Only few roads were mentioned in north central, the major road connecting east and north via Agatu-Owetor in Benue State ought to be included but ignored.

After Tinubu's tenure, Apc government of Buhari and Tinubu will have done far well to south east than pdp who didn't carry any infrastructure but still hate the party. Igbos should know that emotion and bitterness don't favour anybody. Even when they adopt Jonathan as their brother, still not on ground to show for but maybe he just empowered some individuals against the collective interest of the zone. Apc under Buhari and now Tinubu has been merciful even when they didn't get votes. My question to south east is, did you people prefer personal gain than the overall benefit of the zone.

Sapele road axis as work already began, I pass through there some months ago. Side drainages has almost ready and some section of the road has been constructed using the concrete technology. It's so good. The governor as also begins began to fix the bad portion of Benin -ekpoma -Auchi route and he has told the president to be allowed to carry full construction on the road and be disburse after. They are on it.

The bill are not complete without ogbomoso oyo Rd
