How is it similar to yours...

1. We ran in before the corner was taken opposed to as it was taken.
2. We didn’t block off players to allow for a run from a centreback
3. We weren’t lined up.

It is funny how you assnal fans always wants to make everything about you,like teams can't get creative with corner kick tactics again??


Before you had gabu,we had skrtel who was scoring bullet headers for fun without dirty tactics and dark arts,he even scored 2 against you then in that 5-0 thrashing

If you were son and spurs,you will say Cunha and wolves copied you cos they scored directly from a corner first against manyoo,mtchewww

I don't think things are black and white like u are seeing it. I don't think it has to do with whether Arteta gives young defenders chances than young midfielders/forwards.

He will not just bench a senior player for young player simply for the fun of it, rather he will do it when condition warrants it. For example, he won't say because he wants Nwaneri to play, he will bench Odegaard when he is fit, and we know him to be the fulcrum of our attacking play. A coach should not be managing a team based on the feelings of the fans but on what he sees in the players' performance in training.

I believe Skelly is playing because he offers more than Zinchecko and the Kiwior does in training on that side of our defense.

The sad fact is that it is indeed that black and white. Not playing him when Òde was injured trashes that 1st rule. Suddenly, Ode returned and he began to give him minutes, all pointing to the fact that he has finally realized and was doing the right thing at a late time.

Having learnt that lesson, he's now trying to make up with Skelly. Rem Skelly was available since last season.


Anyways, he should be faster in learning lessons. We all need that curve for him.

Even Man utd that were wailing about our corner kick goals, yesterday I saw some of their fans blaming their set piece coach for not training their players on how well to defend cornerkicks after Cunha's goal. Suddenly they realize their set-piece coach is not doing enough. Yet they were slating us for scoring corner against them

One thing I’ve observed about Arteta this season is that he has learnt to make decisions that he feels is best for his team and not listen to external opinion.

There is also this level of Calm I’m beginning to observe with him no matter the situation. He takes each game as it comes, maybe is Maturity or Naivety, only time will tell.

If you watch some of his post match interviews, you might get what I’m saying.

So who would you have played at RB? Calafiori, White, Tomi, Zinchenko we're all injured. Timber was not even half-fit. Please, tell me what you would have done better if you were the coach.
