I finally collected my passport and my children passport today from the festac passport office. My children captured first week of September and their passport was ready first week of October but we didn't know because it wasn't updated on the tracker and we were not called. I captured first week of October because I did change of data and my form wasn't vetted on time. They called me today that my passport is ready for collection, I was surprised because my children captured before me. I went there with my children slip complaining to them, then I was told the passports were out over a month ago. All the processes were do it yourself (DIY) didn't pay anybody from start to finish.

Pls how long did yours take to get vetted?

The issue is that our location is quite a distance to the processing center. I have even sent a mail, their response was the same as yours. I suppose that this issue is what can be resolved from their end without having to travel a long distance for it.

I did everything online while the agent we enquired about was asking for 165k for 10 years.
I paid 100k online and 4k paystack thieves.
Now, my wife has gone to the Immigration office, and they said she can't do capturing and
that they need to send her change of name for approval.
She was told it would take 2 weeks, and she has to pay 14,500, which was not stated online.
Is this true? Ikeja office.

Hi, did she go back after the 2 weeks for the face capturing ? Cos I went for my appointment and was told to return the next week cos my file will have to be approved in Abuja. So when it is ,I would then have my biometrics.

Just take Bus to Underbridge Dopemu, enter egbeda from there and tell them u to drop u at THE PLACE (can't remember the name of that bus stop). It is opposite the Place Restaurant beside chicken Republic. It is walkable from that Dopemu Underbridge sef

Technical issue

I applied for International Passport as a fresher, my collection date was 31/10/2024. But when I went there, I was told is in AA.

I went there today again which is 8 of January 2025, it's still in AA. What can I do please and what's the reason behind this AA of a thing.

Yes, I applied online (DIY).

When I tracked it online was at issuance. They even wrote AA on my slip. I called Abuja but I was told to give the phone to servicom, unfortunately I'm already at home.

When I have this problem someone in this group gave me an email address to complain my situation for them and I did in the email, like two days later they reply my email an sent me some numbers via email, call this numbers they will respond to you fast

It's not technician problem your NIN need to be validated go to nin office for this..

I registered online using DIY, and had my capturing at Alausa two days ago.

Very smooth process and the officers were very polite too.

Spent about 30mins, and was done with the whole thing.
