Nigeria's Military is one of the strongest if not the strongest in the whole of Africa.. the challenge is that when the head lacks commitment to security of citizens maybe due to religious sentiments, the soldiers will have their hands tied and won't be able to neutralize threats.
I'm glad a good man is in power today, now the soldiers can be professionoals in their job.
