Always justifying their utter idiocy, cluelessness and wickedness. Is Canada being governed by despicable people like what is back here? Is Canada among the country with heartless leaders who weaponised poverty and used it against their citizens? When it comes to any good indices of human and developmental progress, they will never live up to what is obtainable in Canada, Britain or US.
The message is clear: if this can happen in a first world country then we are not as terrible as some of you paint us. Certainly we can do better than what we are doing.

Go and check well. Many of those people are immigrants struggling in Canada because they have no papers. Nobody will tell you that people move to Canada on visitor visa, try to convert it to work permit and it turns out unsuccessful and they are struggling to survive.

Nigerian government officials always look for negative news to justify the mess they have made of this country. They can never tell us what they have done differently that has made Nigeria better than other countries. Nigeria is a dysfunctional country with a sick people!
you are only Blabbing where is your findings ,show it to us now grin grin grin

If you watched the video and you have been badmouthing Nigeria, may God forgive you. To you, these things can only happen in Nigeria but everything is rosy in other countries. The guy in the video even called Canada a poor country. They were queuing under the rain for hours to collect Palliatives.

NB; To those complaining about the link, open below.

can you compair a local fowl like Nigeria to a great country like Canada.

There are far more homeless people in America than there are in Nigeria......do you want to argue?

There are more beggars in NY than you would find in Onitsha.

There is a higher percentage of Americans who can't afford tertiary education than you have in Nigeria.

There are far more food banks in America than you have in Nigeria.

You can argue if you want.
With all these you wrote here the same America will still roll lottery for Nigerians in 2025.
The same America gave 3.5million doses of COVID 19 to Nigeria.

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://ng.usembassy.gov/u-s-donates-more-than-3-5-million-doses-of-covid-19-vaccine-to-nigeria-via-covax/&ved=2ahUKEwji8vKqnsuKAxXhQ0EAHewSA5gQFnoECBYQAQ&usg=AOvVaw14b13DtmIuiDfU6Y1-FKVY
Same America donates PPEs to Nigeria defence.

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://defence.gov.ng/2020/11/06/us-donates-ppes-to-nigerian-armed-forces/&ved=2ahUKEwji8vKqnsuKAxXhQ0EAHewSA5gQFnoECBQQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2Ac_YmhtmppxL7iOotpf9D

They also donates 200 ventilators to Nigeria
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.aa.com.tr/en/africa/covid-19-us-donates-200-ventilators-to-nigeria/1938572&ved=2ahUKEwji8vKqnsuKAxXhQ0EAHewSA5gQFnoECDUQAQ&usg=AOvVaw3koBw8tf5UCRKB8SVoBCDy

During election, they donated $25m to our INEC.
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.vanguardngr.com/2023/02/u-s-donates-over-25m-to-support-2023-general-election-envoy/&ved=2ahUKEwii-b2xn8uKAxWFxQIHHSkzDgcQFnoECBUQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0rQPP9T3ljNWrmj92xRgiq
And many more that I just have to silent about.

Now what has Nigeria donated to America in the last 25 years of this dispensation?

You people with jaundice comparison. This country would never grow with the mindset of some of you.

What Laureta was pointing out is the level of orderliness in Canada compared to Nigerians' mad rush, greed and impatience which is almost everybody's character from their foundation.

No. Canada is not governed by sore losers and bitter people like obi and his co travellers. The hypocrite in chief who is ever waiting for bad news to talk on

The fact is, every nation has its peculiar challenges. I have friends in Canada, I know things aren't quite rosy there currently.

We need to learn to be orderly.

Do you know that 10% of Canada's population consists of Indians from India. Half of them are either have temporary stays or are students.

Too many people too soon is the problem.

I think Justin Trudeau wanted Canada to have a population of around 100m people and be counted as one of the largest countries of the world.

Well, too many soon and the pressure is simply too much on Canadian resources.

Canada should considerably reduce the number of immigrants until it has successfully digested the present huge numbers.

The evil of the Nigerian mind knows no bounds.

Now to the topic, if you analyze the demographics of the kind of people that turned up for the palliatives they’re considered unemployables.

Drug addicts, high school dropouts, illegal migrants, previously convicted felons and their likes. In contrast to Nigeria, able bodied, hardworking unemployed and underemployed people struggle for palliatives.

For how long would we continue to settle for a place at the bottom of the barrel or vie to break infamous records? Please look up bürgergeld.
Unemployable? Who told you that nonsense?

Would there be improvement as you people are shying away from the reality that the underlying reason for the stampedes is as a result of hunger and starvation caused by tinubu's policies?

Lauretta Onochie, a Nigerian presidential aide, has reacted to a video showing Canadians queuing for palliatives.

In the video, a large crowd of Canadians can be seen waiting in line to receive palliatives. The scene is reminiscent of similar scenes often seen in developing countries, where citizens may queue for essential items.

Onochie's reaction to the video highlights the unexpected nature of the scene, with many Nigerians expressing surprise that a developed country like Canada would experience such a situation.

The video has sparked a wider conversation about the impact of economic conditions and the importance of social welfare programs. Many have praised the Canadian government's efforts to provide support to its citizens, while others have criticized the perceived inefficiencies in the distribution process.

The reaction from Onochie and other Nigerians underscores the global nature of economic challenges and the need for effective social safety nets.

When will this woman stop lying? I guess she will never stop. Ugly potato day is an annual event in Surrey, B.C, Canada by the Heppell's family in which potatoes and other farm produce with cosmetic deformity are given freely to the people to avoid food wastage. The last one took place sometimes in October this year. While some needy people attended the event, the bulk of the attendees are representative of charities organizations who came for a share of 250,000 pounds of produce to be given away. Meanwhile, the average yearly income of individuals living in Surrey is CAD 48,160 which amount to 53 million naira.

my favorite fuji musician once dropped a line and it goes thus "you cloth a pig with latest attairs and you tell it to behave like a human; it's not possible, it cannot work that way" that's the huge difference this failure of a woman is comparing. Yes they did queue but not for one cup of garri and one cup of rice that will lead una suffer head to a stampede but of palliatives that is worth the wait. They are not doing so terribly bad there too hence to need not to cause a stampede
